We sell kids electric ride-on cars and related accessories through our Website. All products are designed for children aged 2-7 years and are CE certified. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
We offer free standard shipping across the European Union. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Express delivery (1-3 business days) is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or force majeure events.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product in its original, unused condition with all packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Batteries are covered for 6 months. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Our products are designed for supervised use by children within the recommended age and weight limits. Adult supervision is required at all times. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
